A fantastic central location, close to the A1, which is the longest numbered road in the UK and will take you either south and into London or north as far as Edinburgh! Also, it is only around a 27-minute drive to the M1 junctions 12 or 13. All train commuters can use their closest mainline station at Arlesey, Hitchin, Biggleswade or Sandy where you can expect a journey of around 30-40 minutes into London Kings Cross and a similar train ride North to Cambridge.
